Rissy Lyn will contact you immediately to begin the design process. Please note, due to the fact that our merchandise is handmade and quantity is limited, Rissy Lyn suggests a 2-4 week window for all orders. For custom baby and bridal party orders, Rissy Lyn can begin work quite some time in advance and suggests that if the order will be large, customers should allow more than a 6 week window. Customers will be notified as to when to expect shipment and will be kept abreast by Rissy Lyn throughout the design process.

All Over Stone treatment adds $10 to each size.
Thus, a 4x4 with All Over Stones, would be $58.
Personalization to custom orders adds $8 to each size.
Thus, a 4x4 with personalization, would be $56.

All orders shipped to the State of New York will be charged current corresponding sales tax. New York City is 8.625%.
Rissy Lyn accepts Mastercard, Visa, and American Express.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY*
Standard Delivery:
$9 for orders up to $50
$13 for orders up to $100
$16 for orders up to $150
For orders over $150, shipping is 10% of your total.

Rissy Lyn processes orders within 1-2 business days and in turn will quote delivery for your order. Please add an additional 2-7 days for standard shipping. We can not ship to PO Boxes.
Express Service is available. Please contact us for a cost estimate and delivery date.
Please notify us if your order is being placed or shipped outside of the US.
If order is being shipped to a NYC address, Rissy Lyn will use a messenger service if possible.
RETURN AND EXCHANGES
We want your Rissy Lyn experience to be a rewarding one. Due to the Rissy Lyn process, each finished gift is handmade and no two items will ever look 100% alike. We are glad to make an exchange or credit your account for any items you are not completely happy with. If you are unsatisfied, please contact us at create@rissylyn.com to determine return options and shipping address. The item must be returned to us within 14 days of the shipping date in Rissy Lyn quality condition. Please note that all custom orders and personalized items are final sale. Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is non-refundable.
Use the original packing for returning your purchase for Rissy Lyn protection.
Include your original Rissy Lyn receipt so that we can credit you and or contact you if necessary.
Send by UPS only.
We will promptly credit your credit card upon receipt of the returned items. When an exchange is requested, we will credit your card upon receipt of the returned items and then bill you for the new items when they are ready to ship.
If you are returning a gift, we will issue a credit voucher directly to the Rissy Lyn recipient. We cannot refund shipping charges.
The return process takes 30 days to appear on your account or to send a credit voucher to a gift recipient. If you have questions about your return, please contact create@rissylyn.com and include the word RETURN in the subject heading.
PRIVACY POLICY
Please know and understand that Rissy Lyn takes your privacy very seriously. We know that you may be concerned about your security when processing orders and shopping online in general. Due to the nature of our custom services, we collect customer information in order to improve your experience and to communicate with you about your finished orders. With your permission, we send information about our new products, services, events and promotions. We will not under any condition sell or rent the information you provide to us to third parties.
